No prior experience or swimming ability necessary. All fitness levels and abilities welcome.
Please be sure to complete the required waivers before practice. You will not be allowed on the boat if not completed

Look for the blue KP DragonFit flag. There's free street parking along Appian Way, or you can park and pay at the lot
What to bring
​Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that you wouldn’t mind getting a little wet. Feel free to bring a water bottle, a waterproof bag for your keys and cell phone, and a towel or change of clothes kept in your car for after practice.
